Return Policy

Items can be returned at any brand store within 30 days of purchase. Returns of items purchased on Wildberries are processed in accordance with Wildberries return policy.

Important: the store at Galereya Mall in St. Petersburg does not accept returns of items purchased at other stores. Items purchased at this store cannot be returned at other brand stores.

To process a return, you must provide the receipt and passport. All tags and labels must be intact.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Swimwear, underwear, pajamas, accessories, perfume and cosmetics, and personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges in store can only be processed via the return procedure. You can return the unsuitable item and then purchase a new one. For more details on how to return a purchase, see the «Returns» section.

Faulty items can be returned at any of our stores. The store at Galereya Mall in St. Petersburg does not accept returns of items purchased at other stores.

In case of a dispute regarding the origin of the defect, the refund will be issued only after the defect has been confirmed.
